Return & Refund Policy

At Alvion Organics, we are committed to delivering quality skincare and personal care products to our customers. We carefully check orders before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or different product from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Eligibility for Return

A return may be requested only in the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received a product different from the one you ordered.

For verification purposes, customers are required to provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product received.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team and explain the issue.
  2. Share clear pictures and the required video/proof of the received product.
  3. After initial verification, our support team will provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. The product must be sent to our designated warehouse/address provided by our Customer Support team.
  5. Once the returned product reaches us, our team will inspect and verify the claim.
  6. If the return is approved after inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Processing

After the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

The refund will only be issued after our team confirms that the returned product meets the applicable return conditions.

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval from Customer Support may not be accepted.
  • Customers should not send products to any address without receiving return instructions from our team.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to product inspection and verification.
  • We recommend keeping the original packaging and order details until your issue has been resolved.
